The cleanliness of the rooms and the fabulous facilities truly impressed us, making our city trip memorable. the prime location was ideal for exploring Kingston, and the management's effectiveness was noticeable throughout. the staff, including Jonelle at the front desk and Christopher the chef, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well-fed after a long flight. Special mention to Peter-Ann, our room attendant, for her exceptional manners and courtesy, making us feel right at home. Imelda Chin, the manager, deserves a first-class shoutout for her attention to detail, ensuring my husband's specially prepared ackee and my Calaloo breakfast were perfect. We are already planning our return to finalize our trip and will definitely recommend S Hotel Kingston to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience - we felt truly pampered and can't wait to be back soon.
